When purchasing a system plan ahead as the inverter is a costly part of the system. Calculate your consumption and decide now if you want to generate enough to have a zero electricity bill or if you just want to reduce your electricity bill or if you eventually would like to generate more than you consume. Then you can decide on an inverter that is capable of this and if you can’t afford the no of panels required then start with less panels ( this number has to be within the peramiters of the inverter) and then add panels as you can afford.
